Flank Steak Salad. I am not sure how many times I have eaten this, but I crave it every single time. This has to be one of my all time favorite salads. How could it not be, it’s a salad, with meat! This dish single-handedly fixes the problem of almost all salads, the lack of meat!
This is another recipe we originally found in this cookbook. Which if you do not own, maybe you should think about getting because there are a few of our favorite meals that came from that book.
Grill the steak, then let it rest covered for 15 to 20 minutes.
