Presidente Margarita

Presidente margarita We go out to dinner every now and then like most of you do.  Some times I try something new, but most of the time I get something I have had before that I really like.  My wife makes fun of me every time we go to Umberto’s in Little Italy because I always, ALWAYS, order the same thing.  Scungili salad appetizer and Chicken Cutlet parm with the spicy sauce.  It’s funny because that is the only place I ever eat Chicken Cutlet Parmesan.  Because it is that good and they have ruined it for me at every other restaurant.    Now this Presidente Margarita is from Chilis.  Sometimes I want it but do not feel like waiting on line.  So I make it at home.

I got the recipe from this book.  It’s one of those “Top Secret Recipe” books.    Some of the recipes are pretty good.  And simple.  I like simple.

Well now that I have mentioned Umberto’s, I realize I am hungry.  Guess its time to go visit again.  Wanna guess what I will order?
